We guarantee an uptime of 99.99%. If we fail to deliver we'll credit you for the time the server was unavailable (time down as percentage of monthly time). Credit returned will be 2x your monthly service charge.
Afterburst guarantees a response & resolution (assuming the issue was within our control, and of reasonable urgency) to all tickets within 24 hours. Per ticket not resolved to within 24 hours, we will credit 10% of your monthly service charge.
